It looks like the actual legal defense for these defamation lawsuits will essentially be "We lied so much and so outlandishly that only an idiot would think it was true." How does that make you feel?Yeah a guy who can’t walk up stairs or string coherent sentences together won more counties and secured more total votes than Obama. Keep on believing EL

If this was the case wouldn't have 1 court of law considered the Trump teams claims instead of literally all of them being thrown out for no evidence?Doesn’t make me feel anything actually. Biden is president. Trump lost. Was it fair? I have my doubts. Seems like this has been the only election in recent memory where there have been serious issues raised. There was video evidence of shady stuff. Eye witness accounts. Signed affidavits.
I get your perspective though. You hated Trump so because Biden won there was no way anything shady happened. Maybe it didn’t. Yet where there is smoke, there is fire.
Even back then I was saying she better deliver or she’s toast. But she did this to her self. Again well she is in a court room now so go scorched earth I say with the venue she’s got.I got that feeling back in late November when they started talking about Hammer and Scorecard. I figured either they really have the goods or they are about to burst into biblical flames.

If this were the case wouldn't Powell defend herself against a defamation lawsuit with this evidence instead of essentially saying "The people who believed what I said don't have functioning brains" when given the opportunity to do so?
You're living in a fantasy land buddy, I hope you get out of the cult but it appears you're in way too deep.

Why don't you answer the questions I asked? If all this supposed "evidence" exists why would every court of law that it's been presented to throw it out? Why wouldn't this "evidence" be the main line of defense against defamation lawsuits as opposed to, essentially, "the people who believed what we said have no BS detector"?Why do you equate liking Trump to being in a cult? Do you think I believe he is a god? Do you think I believe everything he says or does is right?
I think there are court cases where they reviewed some of those signed affidavits and responded by saying they weren't credible because they were hearsay; the affiants didnt actually see what they claimed, they just saw stuff they couldn't explain so they assumed fraud; experts who prepared affidavits didn't meet the basic criteria for experts, etc. If I get a few minutes this week, I'll try to find some links.

As to your question, which I answered in a separate thread yesterday and you conveniently forgot about, the remaining Trump supporters have literally built a golden statue in his honor. The remaining Trump supporters believe he was sent by god to save America. The remaining Trump supporters believe anything and everything that comes out of his mouth, no matter how outlandish and obviously false. What am I supposed to think? Do people normally build golden statues out of people they merely like?
That’s certainly valid points. But it does seem awful strange that all these issues just came up in this most recent election. And it just so happens that this election was one that saw much more mail in ballots and rule changes for voting. And while I am sure some of the eye witnesses and affidavits were bunk, does that necessarily mean ALL of them were? Seems unlikely.
I mean Obama was one of the most popular presidents in recent memory. Yet we are being led to believe a guy who barely came out of his bunker and campaign, got that many more votes than Obama did? If you don’t at least question that then you have problems.
Trump was very polarizing. lots of people can turn up to vote against someone rather than support the opposition. Even more with relaxed mail-in voting laws. It doesn't mean there's fraud, hell, it doesn't mean there's not, but you can also question the fact that Trump was screaming fraud well before the election and wonder if this was exactly his plan if he lost.
The fact that Trump let Sydney Powell run with this stuff then brought her into the White House to consult after she'd been booted from his legal team should raise some eyebrows about his genuine motives.
Edit: changed "beyond the election" to "before"
