Donald Trump Is Putin's Man

Yes, I would.

That statement, "After the election, I will have more flexibility," lacks context. Flexibility to do what?
What context does it lack?

“I understand. I will transmit this information to Vladimir,” Mr. Medvedev said, referring to Prime Minister Vladimir V. Putin, who just won an election to succeed Mr. Medvedev.

Context
You could not possibly be this slow.

I have said this 4 or 5 times now.

Context is needed to explain what action Barack Obama was going to be taking, which required more political flexibility. Obama could have had some type of illicit activity in mind, but that can't be determined just from this comment alone :

"After the election, I will have more flexibility."

It is missing context. Why does he need more flexibility? What will he be using this future political flexibility for? There isn't necessarily anything wrong with what he is saying. We need more information.

You are desperately reaching to suggest that this ^^^ is in any way similar to Donald Trump coming to Russia's defense when they were accused by his own Secretary of State and the United States intelligence community of cyber espionage.

Trump should have either kept his mouth shut on the matter, or supported his Secretary of State's conclusion. He should not have sided with a thuggish dictator who is an adversary to the United States.

Show me where I got personal? So again, seems you played victim and got called out for saying “short bus” and can’t walk it back.
I was referring to what Air Vol said. Not you. He mentioned something about me not spending time with my family. There is no place for that type of $hit on here. You don't mother f'ing know me!

slow? Was it 4 or 5 times? If you’re going this route be accurate. I made you spend three days on the word “likely”. And I do it in less than 2 paragraphs.

Seems you’re getting crossed up. Might want to lay off the politics if you can’t remember who you said things to and what disabilities you attack in the process.

I remember saying that, and make no mistake that I do think that you are unintelligent ... but the previous post that you replied to, was not in response to you.

Unintelligent? You might be right, I don’t even have a masters. My wife holds that title in our house. I’m just a guy with a single degree from Tennessee. But you’re right, I’m unintelligent in some areas. But making you this upset and targeting the board with your hate isn’t one of those areas.

I don’t know. But if Trump was overheard telling Medvedev that “after the election I’ll have more flexibility “ you would have pissed yourself. And that’s not speculation.
Wrong. I would want some context. By itself, that comment doesn't tell us much. You are left to speculate as to what it means.

Flexibility to perform what activity?

Much needed context is missing. Stop projecting your own belief system onto others. Some people want context.

I shouldn't have said you were unintelligent. Sorry. I don't know you. I'm sure that's not true.

I don’t have a belief system about this. I’m not sure what Obama meant, although Im pretty sure it’s not something he was wanting to be made public. Maybe he meant he was switching dry cleaners. But you would not give Trump the benefit ifthis situation was reversed. You would have some elaborate scheme concocted in your mind about the Kurshners and Putin dividing Crimea or something crazy Like that. You have TDS. Which is fine, I don’t like him either and I still think you’re a lovely person. But if this was reversed you would think the absolute worst about Trump and wouldn’t care about waiting for context.

Reagan was a politician for a long time before winning the presidency.

I agree Hog, and am not a big fan of Reagan. Spent like a Dimwit ..

Just did not want to get called out on a technicality if i said Trump was the only one...because unlike Creepy Joe, at one time Reagan was apparently an actor for a while and wasn't a paid shill for donors and lobbyists for his ENTIRE adult life lol. Also, as a kid I liked Reagan and the good things he did with NASA etc. As you know, we have had much worse men in the Oval office

No, I really wouldn't. As I have explained many times, I would want some context. You are projecting.

Also , for the guys in the cheap seats, let me summarize this entire thread:

RENT. FREE. YOU'RE WELCOME.
OLD. TIRED. WORN-OUT. BORING. CLICHE. YOU"RE WELCOME.

2 Important Questions need to be answered, and still haven't been answered by any of the Trump apologists in this thread :

1) Why did Donald Trump attempt to downplay the significance of the SolarWinds breach in December of 2020?

2) Why did Donald Trump choose to publicly side with an adversarial, thuggish dictator who continues to demonstrate hostilities toward the United States, and its allies? Trump sided with Vladimir Putin against the conclusions of his own hand-picked Attorney General and Secretary of State, as well as the United States intelligence community.

Why did the FBI and other supposedly non-political entities downplay Hunter's laptop? You can scream whataboutism, but the reasoning is the same. Anything potentially harmful to someone you support gets downplayed. People reveal their hypocrisy through such actions. When a person harps on something "the other side" did, but says nothing when their own side acts in a similar manner, we see that "wanting answers" is generally more about tribalism than it is morality.

I'm well aware that it's pointless to argue with you, but you should realize that your arguments and your outrage are born of your own tribalism rather than your sense of morality.

Throw Trump in jail. I'm okay with it. I want a lot more to go too. Biden, Pelosi, Schumer, McConnell, Sanders, and please, oh please, Hillary Clinton. I know I listed more Dems than Pubs, but that's only because I know more Dem names. You can feel free to add more Pubs, and even more Dems if you want. Let's get rid of all these ass holes that are running this country so poorly. Let's get rid of the fringe elements of both parties. Let's just freaking elect people who will do the job correctly rather than amassing power and fortune. Wouldn't it be nice to get drama out of government? To have competent, capable people with the honest intent of working for the best of the country in office? Neither party is providing that. People need to wake up and realize we're not getting that from either side.

Once again .... this response does not answer the 2 questions which I posed, and they are both valid questions.

The Trump apologists do not want to believe that Donald Trump has been compromised by the Russian intelligence service; nor do they want to believe that Donald Trump has Russian sympathies.

However, nobody has even attempted to explain why Donald Trump thought it was important to downplay the significance of the SolarWinds breach, or why he was so quick to back Vladimir Putin's denial, and essentially take sides against his own Attorney General, Secretary of State and the United States Intelligence Community, in favor of defending a thuggish dictator who is openly hostile to the West.

1. Nobody knows. Maybe he didn’t think it was that big of a deal.

2. Who knows and who cares? Dude you keep stammering on and on about crap that doesn’t matter. You can go on and on about Trump and Russia all you want. You and the others who believe your nonsense look dumb for doing so. The Trump/Putin gate stuff is dead. You tried to nail him as in bed with Putin and it failed. Now your obsession is taking you into notion territory.

Nobody cares about the Solar winds crap. It’s over with. It’s only your pathetic desire to see Trump in prison.

1) Donald Trump was briefed on it. He knew the full extent of the breach. He dishonestly attempted to downplay it. He would have never done that, had China been determined to be the source of the breach. Why does he have this soft spot for Russia? It's bizarre.

2) It does matter that an American President and probable Republican Party nominee for President in 2024 sided with a Russian dictator against his own Secretary of State and Intelligence Community. This is completely separate from the Steele dossier and the Mueller probe. It has nothing in common with those things. It is a fact that Donald Trump sent tweets defending Russia and siding with Vladimir Putin's denial of Russian involvement in the hacking of SolarWinds Orion. In doing so he also took sides against his own administration. That is noteworthy and warrants an explanation.
