Don't worry Ohio State

Yeah, I bet Jim Tessel lies in bed at night petrified about playing South Carolina. I bet he's glad he's plying the other USC instead next year.

Never said anything about Tresel. You were making fun of the "murderer's row". A row that includes a team that beat OSU twice in 2 years.

USC played a weaker regular season schedule than OSU.

USC played 3 teams with a winning record going 2-1

While OSU played 6 winning teams with a record of 5-1.

Wait, are you talking about 2007 and USC, as in Southern Cal?

If so, you're insane. Southern Cal's schedule >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Ohio State's schedule

So hat, let me ask you this. Do you think that Ohio State deserved to be in the NC game this year? Throw out the BCS formula, if you could have personally chosen 2 teams at the end of regular season, would OSU have been one of them?

I bet Northwestern, Indiana, and Minnesota have been in as many bowls in the last decade as Kentucky, South Carolina, and Vanderbilt.

Probably so. Doesn't really matter, because, IMO, it's easier to become bowl eligible in the B10.

Ohio State had fewer losses than any other major conference team. They also didn't have a loss to a Stanford or a South Carolina on their resume. Do I think they were one of the two best teams? No. But their resume was one of the two best.

They probably have as many or more wins over OSU than NW, IN, and Minnesota do.

LSU didn't have a loss to South Carolina...

But your point is taken.

If they played UT's schedule, I doubt they only lose 1...

Anyway, tOSU does schedule well OOC, just not this year. Tressel, IMO, is top 3 of NCAA coaches with Carroll and Stoops.

Tennessee navigated their schedule with 3 regular season losses. Ohio State would not have been beaen by Cal or Alabama.
