Drew Brees -vs- Peyton Manning

I hate peyton with all my heart, loved him when he played for Tennessee... but its sickening how many people down here in Chattanooga alone nut swing... i know about 4 titans fans in the area.. 20+ colts fans.... and couple of falcon fans and having colts(manning sack swingers, most will admit they will be titans fans after pm, some "the stubborn ones" who refuse to say they bandwagon disagree) fans rub it in my face every sunday... has grown hate in my heart.. lol

with that said i would take pm skill, brees manliness, peyton such a little ***** on the field its insane.

Dude is an insane homer. You don't have to think Peyton is the best QB in the NFL to know he's better than Drew Brees.

Everyone knows why, which is why I find it funny when Colts fans here try to claim bragging rights. "Ha, I'm a bigger frontrunner than you!"

Having said that, Billy C may be the biggest homer of them all.

Because Manning has just played so much more.

I like Manning he's one of the best. He hunts on my friend's land. But as of now, Brees > Manning. Peyton has gotten old.

Manning has more even since 2002 (when Brees became a starter). He hasn't played that much longer anyway.

Brees threw 22 picks last year. He's barely among the top 5 QBs in the NFL himself.

I'll take Rodgers. Brees' thing is accuracy, but Rodgers isn't too shabby in that area either and is mobile. I'd probably take Rivers, too; even if he's not better right now he will be very soon. Better vertical passer and much worse group of receivers last year.

Thus makes no sense at all. The poll result says nothing about the disparity between the two. It says the overwhelming majority believes manning to be the better QB of the two. The majority is correct.

No it isn't. One guy had a monopoly on league MVP and keeps taking a sorry roster deep into the playoffs. The other guy took an offense loaded with weapons and barely beat the other for a title.

The only people in the US that would vote Brees are the ones that absolutely despise Manning. It's not even close and any competent person can see that.
