Working in recruiting, you lose a lot of your "fandom". It's hard to root against other teams when you have relationships with the staffs and when you know the players personally. I generally want every team to win all the time....that's only been happening around 50% of the time, however.

But yeah, unfortunately, I grew up in Ky.

He's scheduled to be on UK's campus right now...was at cincy yesterday.

Should be this week, i'd imagine.

I'm going to have him or his coach on my radio show tomorrow night....but I can't link it cause i'll be accused of trying to pimp my radio show then...lol

You shouldn't speak so poorly of the high and mighty calling of watching high school bball. While other people are out wasting their lives teaching, curing sickness, and designing things that improve our way of life, others are pursuing the truly noble profession watching basketball and talking about it.

Seeing that you're the one demeaning others' careers compared to the ultimate career of watching sports, it's not that much of a logical leap...

At least compared to the one you took assuming anyone who likes talking about sports also values it above anything else they might be pursuing in their career.

Some of you have a real problem understanding the internet.....I can't get over how some start talking smack and then get all bent out of shape when someone says "yeah, well your wife is fat"...LOL.

Come on. don't start the game if you don't understand the game.....I've been getting PM's from BigPapa where he's clearly gone off the deep end and thinking that this conversation in some way has anything to do with reality.....kinda odd....sorta scary...definitely sad.

Thanks for the inside scoop (unfortunately) on Ramar. I have better things to do than read through nearly 500 posts of bickering and name-calling, but at a quick glance, some people around here could stand to be a little more mature and a little slower to pass judgment (directed at both "sides").

And please, understand....I totally don't take any of the dudes talking smack seriously. Nor should they take me seriously. Yeah, it's dumb...which is why I say REALLY stupid stuff....to see how far they will actually go believing that I am being serious. I'm actually still getting PM's from BigPapa where he's as serious as a heart attack..it's astounding to me....lol.

I'll let you know tomorrow for certain if the Hutch guys can make it. I'll definitely be talking about Maze quite a bit...and I should have some info on him that's updated too.
