I went back & watched Loftens HS highlights, I can understand why the staff is wanting him. He has bigtime Saftey talent, if he is still in shape & can play like he did in HS I would LOVE to see him in Orange. A lot of questions about his ability though w/out him playing in over 2 years now.

Yes, I am an alumnus. Relax, it's a message board and I was still half asleep. However, I did edit the post for all of you intellectual juggernauts.

I still don't understand why he would be denied admission into the University if he was cleared by the NCAA.

I think Loften is 20 or 21, but yes he is Gerald Williams 2.0. Gerald worked his tale off and he is VFL, so nothing but respect for him, hopefully we all feel the same way about Loften soon. Schollies are getting tight with this class, I wonder if we can take him and Joseph if Loften is eligible.
