I never said I expected it. Would however love to see it. If Loften is finally going to Juco, and if (big if) he can make the grades, in two years if he still wants in, he will be a Vol.

I think if it is true that he was qualified to enroll at UT and that Cheek would not let him in because they over signed, then he should not have to go 2 years. I do not know if he just needs to take some classes in Juco, and enroll next semester or what though.

I to have doubts if he ever see him on Campus, but should he make it here, I think he will instantly be a favorite of mine.

Anyone who tries and tries and tries and wants to be a Vol the whole time is ok with me.

Hubbs just said that the NCAA had cleared Loften over the summer but UT wouldn't admit him into school, he's enrolled in JUCO & UT is still recruiting him & hoping he does good in the classroom so he can be here in January.

Remember to thank Cheek and his position that just because an athlete is eligible doesn't mean he's qualified to come to UT.

This doesn't make sense, if this is true and Mr. Cheek denied him that's BS IMO. Thank you Mike Hamilton for having our athletic department castrated.

News to Cheek, we are not Duke or Yale, so do not attempt to hold our athletes, who are considered eligible by the NCAA, to higher standards. It is not necessary, and will only put us at a disadvantage in comparison to our competition. More so, the increased success of our football team greatly benefits the University due to the financial resources and attention it brings to UT.

There, I edited it a bit for some of you. Relax, it's a message board and I made the post after my Sunday afternoon nap.
