"EDGE" James

Actually, their stats are both good. Edge averaged 4.2 yards per carry on 360 attemps and Addai averaged 4.8 carries on 226 attempts. But, Edge scored 13 TD's in '05, which is more than Addai and Rhodes combined (12)

That's because Edge had a ton more carries in 2005 than Addai had in 2006. Addai was splitting time because he was a rookie and still had to learn how to pick up the blitz. You have to be blind or in total denial to not be able to see that Addai is a better runner than Edgerrin James and in even bigger denial to not see that the Colts, who are in the Super Bowl in 2006, are better off without James with whom they never made it to the Super Bowl. Come back next year. Addai will smoke 1,506 yards rushing next year. What a ridiculous argument.

I'd like to make a wager on O/U 1500 yards for Addai in 2007. I will up to $1000 on the under with you.

Edgerrin James averaged 4.22 yards per carry in his 7 seasons in Indianapolis. During his best season in Indianapolis, he average 4.6 yards per carry. Addai averaged 4.78 yards per carry as a rookie in Indianapolis. Carry on, though. Don't let facts get in the way of making an incorrect argument.

Let's also look at the workload. 400 carries >>>>>>>>>>> 250 carries. :clapping:

Addai is the first rookie 1000 yard rusher ever

Surely you're joking.

Eric Dickerson had 1,808 his rookie year.

In fact, over his first 2 seasons, he piled up 3913 yards. And over his first 7 seasons he had 11226 yards. (hopefully I did my math right on that)

James tore shizzle up his rookie year and earned a rushing title, but he wasn't sharing carries with anyone.
