Election Night (or days, or weeks, or whatever) 2022

I'd be fine with that.. it'd be easier to have ballot tracking...if we are flooding the population with ballots then they need to be link to each person in a database..to make sure that person is attached to 1 vote only...and it'd he easier to investigate or audit
Let's just ban voting. Much simpler that way, no fuss.

Looking like the senate will end up 51-49 Dems. Nothing short of a failure for Republicans.
If it does shake out that way ... OMG. That would solve the Manchin problem for Democrats. Republicans have really painted themselves in a corner, with a toxic party leader, that they can't get rid of. Classic stuff. LOL!

Pretty sure it wasn't Democrats that decided this week that raising the voting age should be a thing. But please, do go off.
It should be raised...what does the avg 18 year old know or experience about life and things that actually affect them??...what that age should be. Idk. I'm going to take the libertarian approach and bitch and not provided solutions

Nobody said it was a shutout, but in high-profile, swing state competitive races where Trump endorsed a candidate ...

Pennsylvania Senate : Trump endorsed Dr. Mehmet Oz who lost to Democrat John Fetterman.
Pennsylvania Governor : Trump endorsed Doug Mastriano who lost to Democrat Josh Shapiro.
Michigan Governor : Trump endorsed Tudor Dixon who lost to Democrat Gretchen Whitmer.
Arizona Senate : Trump endorsed Blake Masters who lost to Democrat Mark Kelly.
Arizona Governor : Trump endorsed Kari Lake ... this election is undecided.
Georgia Senate : Trump endorsed Herschel Walker ... there will be a runoff.
Nevada Senate : Trump endorsed Adam Laxalt ... this election is undecided.

All of these elections were winnable for Republicans. Arizona Governor, Nevada Senate and Georgia Senate are still up in the air ... so it's not over yet. Fair to say, not a great week for Trump, though.
So overall his endorsed candidates performed about the same or in some cases better than Biden or McConnell endorsed candidates right?

The 26th Amendment was passed, simply because it wasn't right that 18 year old men were being drafted into military service and sent to fight in the Vietnam War, without also having a political voice. I thought this was common knowledge, but nothing is truly well-known on here. You Republican guys are idiots.

Not even close ... particularly in regard to the Oz endorsement in Pennsylvania. No way does he get the Republican nomination without the Trump endorsement. That is an election that Republicans should have had ... and would have had if they had just nominated any other Republican who was running in the primary. Trump single-handedly submarined an easy win in a swing state.

You are one of the most unrealistic political homers here , it’s funny to watch you talk about one party while ignoring the other ( yours) completely .

It isn't just Trump, it is knowing your state. Culture war bs, that will get you elected in the South and Ohio. It will not in PA or the rest of the Midwest. Michigan should be a warning for all of the GOP.

He just told you he was drunk. No empathy these days for drunk VN posters, smh. What is the board coming to. Sad.

Kathy Barnette would have been a better choice. The Oz endorsement was a little confusing.

So you're only looking at a small sample size of all the candidates running and like always you're focusing only on Trump. Are you really scared of Trump that much?

How did the Trump Republicans do in their House races?

I wonder if anyone has ever stopped to think that this cycle and 2020 saw a marked decrease in GOP mail-in ballots because your very own candidates were telling people not to vote that way. I don't see outrage about the GOP having better election day turnout; your candidates and party were telling people to vote day of, and they listened.
Being mad at the real legitimate way you're supposed to vote? Now why would I do that.

Yeah, it wasn't an issue until 2020 when Trump made it one to excuse his defeat.

So no mail-in, no absentee, no early voting? You have an issue with Boebert seat still being counted when she is likely to win? I expect thread after thread of outrage about that one....

Let me put on my "they stole the election!!!!" hat for a moment. Boebert's seat wasn't called that night. Must be fraud. They are counting mail-in and absentee ballots. Must be fraud. Oh she took the lead and is likely to win because of that. Must be fraud, they had time to find the votes, made up some Republican ballots. Fraud! They stole the election!

Y'all are letting your bias show, big time letting your bias show.
