Enemy of the People
The seething anger of Trump supporters is a frightening thing. They rally around him because (they think, anyway) that he sticks it to the educated and the elite, those above them. They earnestly believe he is championing their cause, and even if he's not, its okay because they hate the educated and elite so much that being anti-them is good enough to keep the Trump sheep in the fold.

They blame anyone but themselves for being stuck in lower middle class suburbia. Its the fault of the minorities for taking their jobs. Its the fault of the courts, for siding with minorities. Its the fault of the lower class for siphoning off their tax dollars.

Above all else, its the fault of the media for trying to explain to them why they are wrong and in doing so reminding them how backwards they are.
After the antics of the loons on your side for 2 years, I wouldn't be so quick to throw stones if I were you

Don’t worry. Your pink cooter hat wearing basement dwelling ANTIFA protesters will protect you. 😂😂😂

I don’t know one person , not one that hates the elite and or educated . I however know a ton of people that do not like the so called “ educated “ looking down their noses and thinking they are better than the ones without a piece of framed paper . It’s looked at as a character flaw , those people that don’t have that cute degree will more often than not had skills and talents the ones looking down their noses won’t . It takes both sets to make the country run like it does and anyone that doesn’t recognize that is an idiot that needs more EDUCATION.

Time magazine going out of business strategy?

As the parent of children with anxiety, this is actually a very well-written way to talk them through the situation. It even makes a case amicable to Trump as to why the killing was necessary.

It completely whitewashes that Iran did anything to provoke the US or did anything wrong at all since 1979!

Why don’t the U.S. and Iran get along?
The U.S. and Iran have a difficult relationship. It’s been this way for many years. In 1979, Iran took 52 American diplomats and citizens hostage. They were released after 444 days.

In 2018, tensions increased again after President Trump said the U.S. would no longer participate in a 2015 deal with Iran. This international agreement set strict limits for 15 years on Iran’s ability to create nuclear weapons. In return, the U.S. and countries in the European Union agreed to end trade restrictions. When Trump pulled out of the agreement, the U.S. put trade restrictions back in place. This has hurt Iran’s economy.

I mean come on - no mention what Soleimani has done other than saying "Trump has accused him of being a terrorist".

This is a PARENTS guide to talk to VERY YOUNG children. Do we really need to go into detail on the IRA and Quds Force with four and five year olds?

Seems biased to me.

Why simply call him a top military leader?

It’s not up for dispute that this guy was a terrorist.

Who was Qasem Soleimani?
Qasem Soleimani was a top military leader in Iran, a country in the Middle East.

Why did the U.S. take action against Soleimani?
President Donald Trump has called Soleimani a terrorist.

While we're giving the little kiddos the full story on everything, let's tell them that Santa isn't real, the Easter Bunny is a symbol of a fertility festival, and that they may get knocked up by the tooth fairy.

Because all of those are exactly the same thing 😑

Why are parents talking to very young children about war at all? Age appropriate for war discussions is after they can understand abstract concepts. They shouldn't be watching the news.

Probably because he was a Major General in the Iranian Army and headed up a black ops force:
"Qasem Soleimani, also transliterated as Qassem Suleimani or Qassim Soleimani, was an Iranian major general in the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps and, from 1998 until his death in 2020, commander of its Quds Force, a division primarily responsible for extraterritorial military and clandestine operations."

He’s a confirmed terrorist.

He’s a confirmed terrorist.

Why piss your adult diaper over a magazine's factual description of someone? Read about Soleimann. He was a military man long before he got into black ops and terrorism.

If we use your logic, Trump is also a terrorist because he ordered the missile strike against Soleimann. Trump is not a terrorist, but by your definition he is.

Trump ordered the missile strike against Soleimann. That doesn't make him a terrorist, but by your definition he is. People can be more than one thing and their positions can force them to act in multiple roles. The upshot is that Soleimann was a military man long before he got into black ops and terrorism.
