yh kids these days really could care less about wining on the college level its all about making it to the nfl..only reason to go to the worst team in a confrence in stead of a power house program

That is the primary reason that UTK recruits as well as they do. I've heard from prospects that UTK staff sells the Vols as an NFL training program, touting the fact that they run an NFL style offense and have had a lot of guys with success at the professional level.

Creer, Vareen, Poole, Hardesty... Least competition? He wants playing time, if anything! Coaches will have to hit a home run on the visit to sway him it seems...

I think HV meant the least competition was at Ole Miss which is why Davis may end up there.

HV is right he will end up at Ole Piss b/c there is less competition and their hookers, I mean hostesses ,are probably better looking than ours.

Yes Creer should be something special. A kid that runs for 2,800 yards and 36 tds in Texas will is GOOOOOD!

davis planned on visiting this weekend but decided not to. If he does, it will be next weekend.

read a new article on volquest today saying that he is visitng oregon this weeknd and will make the trip out to knoxville next weeknd and said he really enjoyed his time when hargrove took on the jv team and said the rumor of him almost commiting to ole miss wasent true at all said it didnt blow him away enough .. and him and quentin coples might commit together and ut is in the mix for both

if they want to play together ut seems to be the best fit... we're the only school that they both have on their list... and like someone said earlier oregon runs a spread and thats wat he left auburn for... did read an article on rivals just now saying he is scheduling a trip to maryland tho i just don't see wat they have over us... i say we have one of the better chances we've had this offseason:salute:

If he goes to Oregon this weekend and UT next weekend then he won't have time to go to Maryland unless he does it during the week.

Signing day is the first day to sign letter of intents. Players can sign after "signing day". They have a couple of weeks to do so.

Davis would be a huge huge get. I think he and Coples are somewhat of a package deal, but not 100%.
