We can play woulda shoulda coulda all season long. It's history now...Bennett was the qb on a team that beat the (number 1 offense in the game and probably the number 1 qb as well) in a playoff game. Is that not true? Bennett led his offense back from TWO 14 point deficets. TRUE
Stroud and his number 1 offense was held to 3 pts the last 20 something minutes of the most important game in his life....TRUE

Of the QB’s playing in the semi’s in what order by rounds will each go?

Swap SB and HH and what WOULD YOU project their records to be?

It is a team game. He has not carried his squad. He has played a role on a team surrounded by great talent . He has played behind great highly decorated lines and got the ball to highly decorated skill guys. Yet I don’t think he does garners as much respect as he does scorn from the whole of college fans based on the way he handles his team’s success. Punk is not the right term. But running around to garner cameras attention instead of playing up his teammates fairly brings that on. Whatever you want to call it.

That hand jester he makes etc he seems cocky you don’t see that too much with college qb I don’t think. I hope they lose by 50 points.

Truth. When we got the #1 ranking it clearly riled the Georgia team and I'm sure Smart used that all week long. I'd bet most of the players don't even know who the hell Ainge is or what he said.

I wonder how different, if any, that game might have been had we remained #3 and Georgia #1 ...........? We'll never know.

Serious question. What has Bennett the person actually done to garner all this hate other than win? I'm perplexed. Do I think he is a great QB? nope, but what has he done to garner such hatred? The guys stats are good on a good team and he has won games in a very high-pressure situation. Are there better QBs than him.. sure but the guy has produced against all odds and beat out higher rated guys behind him. Give the guy his flowers. No one is hyping him as some first-round or even third round pick. But he has contributed to the wings UGA has gotten the past 2 seasons.

Maybe its the Tebow Effect and I just don't see it? tHere was something about that guy I didn't like. Couldn't put my finger on it but it was there.. maybe its that and I'm just not feeling it from this guy?

I mean all the 5 stars around obviously helped… but it still takes a lot to work out right to win it all and SB didn’t lose the games for them. I always figured that he’d just have great stories to tell his grandkids someday.. apparently now he thinks he’s really something..

He beat another Heisman finalist to go along with Bryce Young -Heisman winner - last year. And is about to beat another finalist on Monday. He was the MVP of every Playoff Game he has ever played. He also beat the hell outta our #1 ranked Vols......let's not forget that.

it's hilarious how people, not just on this site, just continue to kick the kid.... some of y'all need to step back and see what this kid has REALLY accomplished. But at least he won't be back next year - everyone will have to find another whippin' boy.

1. Stetson Bennett is NOT even the slightest bit elite.

2. It’s hilarious that dawg fan continue to think he’s even a decent QB. He’s not. He’s a damn good game manager. That’s it. Nothing wrong with that at all, but stop acting like your team would completely collapse without him. He’s surrounded by insane talent
