Stetson will likely never play meaningful minutes in the NFL because of his small frame, but he is an athlete. He's finished in the Top 6 in total QBR the last two years, out of 131 quarterbacks, that's not luck. That's in the Top 5% of quarterbacks for 2 full seasons. If you are talking about "elite" physical attributes, sure, he's not that. Will Levis has elite attributes and Levis sucks. If you are talking about the actual playing of the quarterback position at the college level, Stetson Bennett is up there with the elite guys. And he's clutch, he straight up balled the other night in the 4th quarter like he did in the national championship game last year. I for one, am glad he is graduating. That is not something easily replaced. Kirby is a punk, maybe Stetson is as well IDK, but I hesitate to label a student that without some arrests or something at least to back it up, to my knowledge there is nothing like that going on with him.

He is a decent QB. Check the stats. He is not elite.

Coulda shoulda woulda again. He’s like 25-1.last two years. He’s beaten mich bama osu to mention a few. Beaten the Heisman winner beaten runner ups. They give the mvp to him every game he play. What is the definition of mvp?? He is the man! Say it! Say it!!

MVP of every playoff game is close to meaningless. We all know the overwhelming tendency to give those awards to the quarterback of the winning team by default. See Joe winning mvp of the Orange bowl over Beasley.

Bennett just threw for 398 yards and was 10 for 12 for 190 in the 4th quarter. I would call that earned.

I’ve been going to Athens for the GA game for over 25 years. By far, this was the loudest game at GA I’ve ever experienced. It was deafening at times. Neyland is louder but that environment at GA was historically loud. Ainge stirred things up and motivated those Dog fans to be extra obnoxious. EA had to make it about him.

I don’t like Bennet’s smarmy attitude either but Ainge needs to mellow out. It isn’t 2007 anymore and it may be time to learn a little grace and try to be an adult

I don't care if Bennett throws for 500 and 4 tds against TCU and wins 3 super bowls. I still can't stand him because 1. He plays for Georgia, and 2. He's an arrogant little, gasp, punk.

Stetson is a punk but Ainge needs to learn to STFU. He wasn’t good enough here to constantly put his foot in his mouth and be forgiven for it. Plus all of his issues during his time here.

He embarrassed himself with the Kiffin stuff a couple of years ago and now his Georgia obsession.

My question is with all the 5 stats GA recruits, why is Stetson the best they have? Don’t they have Gunner Stockton, Brock Vandergriff, JT Daniels (last season) yet Stetson keeps winning the job? Seems like poor QB development to me.
