Right. I was parked where I shouldn't have. So, paid up and left. Not a difficult concept to embrace.
My small minded comment (narrow might have been a better word) was in relation to focusing on the incident itself and who it involved, rather than the fact that the insults should have never been hurled regardless of who they were thrown at.
By the way, your avy creeps me out everytime I see it. What in the world is that??

That's fair... This girl supposedly ate at the restaurant from which her car was towed.
I'm not justifying her rant but I would be incensed if a place I did business with let my car get towed. Of course I would probably take it up with the restaurant first.
It looks like the restaurant is 100% in on it. So I'm guessing she went off on the restaurant and they didn't do a damn thing. So she found her car missing, she got no help from the restaurant, and she was most likely at her wit's end by the time she got to the predatory towing company's front desk.
Is there any update on this story or another angle?
Here's why ESPN insult artist Britt McHenry's car was towed, according to report | NJ.com
Advanced Towing removed the car from the lot shortly after the restaurant closed.
That's when you take your gripe to Facebook, Twitter, and any other social media you use. If the restaurant starts losing customers they'll change their practices.
Hunan Number One is not responsible if your car is towed from the parking lot. It is complimentary parking for customers and employees of the entire building and is managed by the County of Arlington. ...
Attention Customers: Please don't leave your car here overnight!
According to that article, this is a sign inside the restaurant. If true (a big if btw, as that article is nothing short of garbage), it means that the restaurant is not only not responsible but also at least tries to warn people of the predators that lurk outside.
I'm sure the sign is there, but that's beside the point. It doesn't discuss how long she was parked. Maybe she was going back to the car 15 minutes after Hunan closed? There's a difference between being parked after the restaurant closed and parking there overnight. I'd venture to guess that they start putting cars up right after close, not 5 hours later. To them, there's no need to differentiate between the two because they make more money if they tow the cars immediately.
Also Also how messed up is it that the city oversees towing from restaurants and bars and also has a police department tasked with stopping drinking and driving
