Got to have a big name coach, even if Gruden doesnt come, which he wont we better have a strong plan B a DC or OC wont cut it this time around.:eek:hmy:

Nobody knows what's going to happen with a new coach. May be a home run hire may not. Nobody knows everything is just speculation period. UT gets Gruden we will be a better team period. Will he make the championship next year probably not. But nobody knows whats going to happen. I do know that with Dooley at the helm we weren't going their.

The only reason UT hasn't been getting the recruits out of Georgia, South Carolina, and Florida that they did in the 80's and 90's is that they haven't been winning due to the coaching changes. Once they get consistency in their staff, a competent staff, you will see the recruits come. They were in the running for some outstanding recruits in 2011 but when all the assistant coaches left, so did the recruits.

I like Fulmer and all but the man acted as though that was all Tennessee has ever had in the way of winning traditions. That to me, reveals a very ignorant writer.

All Tennessee needed was a coach worth a flying sh!t this year and they would have had 10 wins..and that includes having a DC worth a damn.

Michael Felder writes as though he is a Gator freshman student who wishes UT could not return to prominence. Get us a coach who can manage games and recruit, and UT can compete with anyone on any given day! GBO!

Majors won big. Dickey too. And I am sure there were others. I will look them up.
