Yeah I mean, come on. Anything can happen but, we were GOING to kick that field goal and make it a two score game regardless. All the run off did was make the ending less exciting. Wildcat fans saying this cost them the game are delusional.

We might have missed, and there was a very small chance they block it and return it for a TD. Let's say we just miss and they take over on downs. Then maybe they have time for two plays. A quick throw to midfield and then a hail mary, perhaps. Long odds? Sure. But no disgrace in taking the sure thing runoff. 1 in 0 is still better than 1 in 200 (or w.e.).
