I bet he will be added to somebody's team late even though he won't have the job. If Yonder were somewhere besides san diego that'd be nice.

Yeah, who knows how it will play. I kept Konerko at $23 and will just try to snag Yonder or Belt in the draft.

I really like Cole, Scherzer, Burnett there. Don't love Rondon but if he somehow has the closer job there's value.

Batting average seems like it will be a big problem, but I'm never good at guessing how Roto things will turn out.

Who are some of the $1 guys available? Gotta get somebody to cover Tex's rear end.

Justin Smoak, Juanbomb, Logan Morrison, Mark Reynolds, Adam Lind, Placido Polanco, Trevor Plouffe. I'm a little more worried about HR and RBI than AVG. I had an eye on Youkilis, but he's already been picked up. Callaspo in LA and the Rockies situation are other considerations.

As far as closers, I wasn't looking to spend in the teens. Huston Street went for $17 for example. It looks like Rondon is going to have a shot at closing, but I may do a handcuff pick of Coke or Villareal to cover myself.

Nice. Not sold on McDonald though. Have gone back and forth on whether or not the first half of last year was a fluke or not. Tend to think he will be better than the second half of last year, but closer to the second half than the first.

Reached for CarGojr but I was in the middle of the snake and would have had to wait it out a while. I think he's going to have a monster year.

Hear ya. I traded Shields in a deal with a bunch of players and McDonald came back just to fill a SP slot. If a trade I am working on happens that nets me Lynn, i'll drop McDonald or Doubront and have stras,gallardo,kennedy,haren,lynn,ross, and beachy coming back.

I like the setup of the team because Rizzo can play 1B with Santana at UTIL, Perez at C. If perez or rizzo goes out, Santana at 1B/C, then Moose at UTIL. It would be nice to have Konerko slide in and be a great bench guy, but i'm too desperate for OF to have him sitting on the bench.

Considering it is likely Konerko's last season, i overpaid a bit to get Rizzo going forward. Could have waited on a guy like Alonso or Belt, but oh well, **** happens in auctions.
