"Your mother's been telling stories about me again, ah?"

"Losers always whine about their best...Winners go home and **** the prom queen!"

The Rock

There's so many... I could quote 100 from Spaceballs alone...

"What's the matter Colonel Sanders? Chicken?"

All right, I'm coming out. Any man I see out there, I'm gonna shoot him. Any sumbitch takes a shot at me, I'm not only gonna kill him, but I'm gonna kill his wife, all his friends, and burn his damn house down.

Bill Munny

I've killed women and children. I've killed everything that walks or crawls at one time or another. And I'm here to kill you, Little Bill, for what you done to Ned.

I tried using this on my boss the other day when he knocked on my office door. He didn't like it.

Nice Unforgiven references OE, that whole scene kills me...greatest ever.
How bout this one........
"Man should've armed himself if he's gonna decorate his bar with my dead friend"

Two of my most commonly said phrases:

"Lock it up" or "You Lock it up"

"I don't even know what the **** a quail is."

Both from Wedding Crashers. The 2nd one is used the most and completely out of context.

And a few from Supertroopers I use a lot:

"The Snozzberries taste like Snozzberries." (anytime anyone says something tastes likes chicken or something)

"I got you good, you ******!" (anytime someone pulls a prank)

"Bear******, do you need assistance?" (use this one a lot also, but for no particularly good reason)

"Give me a liter of cola." (easily used at any fast food drive through. Some of them get it and laugh, some have no idea.)

"I swear to God I'm going to pistol whip the next guy who says Shenanigans." (once again very usable for no good reason)

Watched this movie for the first time tonight. One line, at least, was an instant classic:

"Humor is a male gene."

The Heartbreak Kid, spoken by Jerry Stiller.

Funny movie. I will use that line a lot.

From O Brother Where Art Thou:

"We thought you was a toad!"
"Do Not seek the treasure"
"I am the pater familias"
"Gopher?"
