I buy whatever brand is in the $5-10 range. I only wear them when driving so I'm not about to spend a fortune on glasses. It's been proven there is no real difference between cheap or designer glasses. Most are all made in the same factory in Italy anyway.

I'm currently rocking these Chewbacca aviators. I got them on sale at Kroger for $5 a few months after The Force Awakens ran its marketing campaign course.

I always bought mine direct from Italy much cheaper even with the designer name on them -- Wont touch anything from Asia

Loved my Oakley wrap arounds I had for 12 years. Then my tractor loved them into about 6 pieces. :-(

I have prescription Maui Jim's that I play tennis in. Love them but the tinting is coming off the lens after 4-5 years of use. Next time I will get Costa which have a lifetime guarantee.

I have a pair of Oakley SI Valve sunglasses. I rarely lose sunglasses so I'm lucky there. The first three years after my PRK I really needed them, but I don't wear them that often anymore. I also have a pair of Flak 2.0s I had for running and golf, but they mostly get worn on the back of the hat these days on the course.

I used to wear Bolle sunglasses, they're a good price and really good glasses. I now wear Revo's, I love them.

I like the feel of Costas, but I don't like polarized lenses. They help a little for me on the water or I tried them in a post blizzard and I get their point, but I don't like them in 99% of conditions.

Any reason, other than trouble viewing some screens/displays?

The screen/display issue isn't even a big deal to me. They ruin the contrast of images to me and mess with my depth perception.

Smith....I have had several pair and their polarization works best for me.

I've found nice ones on 6pm for around $50. And, one pair was replaced due to lens failure with a credit of $140! No questions asked. Incredible customer service.

And in case everyone here is unaware of Sunglass Huts policy, it's pretty amazing. They'll replace them if you scratch them or break them or whatever. My Wayfarers fell off my head and got a nasty scratch. I took them to Hut and they literally traded me right then and there. I think that's good for a year. Maybe longer, but I'd have to find the receipt to read the policy. Just FYI..

I have 3 pairs of Costas and 2 Mauis. The Costas are my favorite by far.

Sunglass Hut will replace your damaged glasses at no charge for 90 days. After that, they will sell you a replacement pair at 50% off for up to a year.

I went out and got myself some thick black frames, with glass so dark they won't even know my name.
