I have. Many times.

I wouldn't, but that has more to do with my sunglasses being RX.

Aavoxx, those are the most novel I've seen... the ones I've seen most have the power T on both lenses. Those you had and I posted, I'd love to find a pair for my Tennessee tree..

Where did you get those?

Found these at Amazon.. have a pair headed my way for my tree...

A lot depends on what you are doing when your wearing sunglasses I have some of all of them but think Maui Jims are the best overall

Not pictured is a pair of Inferno that I use when riding, they have the foam seal around the inside of the frames

My favorites are Revo & Costa. I have had 2 pair of each. They were very durable, lens were tough. I had warranty claims on both. I got revo replacement for $70. Costa were free replacement. I still have the Costas.

Not a fan of Maui Jim. They seemed to scratch very easily.

Ray Ban 3387. They quit making them and I am down to my last pair. I'll either have to roll the dice on pre-owned on ebay or switch styles and it looks like the closest thing to the 3387 that RB is now making is some sort of Ferrari frame that costs $250-$300 a pop. I do have some Costa Harpoons that I'll wear if I'm getting out on the water. If I can get into the boudoir, I'll try to post a pic of my better half's sunglasses storage rack.

You're going to post a photo of your wife's rack?

I've kind of gotten away from other Oakleys, but I have a pair of Fives Squared that I've worn almost every day for the last 5 years. They've been great.

what happened

The lenses suddenly became distorted/foggy. I thought it may have been sunscreen but I cleaned them with mild soap and water. That didn't work so I tried some isopropyl alcohol. That didn't work either. My son, who has much better eyesight noticed like these tiny little micro cracks, almost in a pattern.

Just thought I'd give an update on the status of my warranty claim with Costa. I got an email stating that they can't repair those glasses due the style being obsolete. They asked me to go on the website and pick another pair. Had to be vinyl frames and poly lenses as were my others. I couldn't pick limited edition stuff or brand new models but other than that pretty much anything goes. I had to pay a small processing fee of $13 and some change. Should have them in the next week or so.
