I thought I read some where today or recently he has not heard from the new staff but hoped they were still honoring the offer. Thoughts?

We need come up with a cool name for our JR day. UF has Friday Night Lights and FSU has Showtime. Any suggestions?

I thought FNL was the name of the Gators summer camp as well.

I think the 2/27 date was too short notice for most players around the country, I would like to think there will be a Much bigger turn out for the spring game

How about "The Generals March" and have a UT football history and traditions( starting with General Neyland) exhibit with football highlights, etc???

I used to go to school with steven rich and he is a beast.. He may be a diamond in the rough. He's stout, quick, and has a nose for the ball. Good guy also.

I have a son who is interested in coming for the Jr Day. Where can I find info? Is this by invite only?

He is a 17 yr old high school Jr, 6'4", weighs 280, max bench 365, max squat 535, 4.09 GPA, 26 ACT. Plays offensive left tackle and he loves football.

We are in a little podunk town, he has had no exposure and he wants to play college football.

What do we do?

Tape your son playing football and send it to every college you can think of. That's a good start.

We have 25 going in the mail this week and have another stack ready to address. I just wonder though how many of them will get thrown in the trash and never get opened. This process is so frustrating. If you don't know someone with connections, what chance do you really have?

I did send an email asking about the camp brochures and I'll also try the phone number listed to see where that takes me.

He said he is trying to make it up there because he is interested and his dad is excited about Dooley. His dad played for Vince Dooley at Uga.

I just spoke with someone in the football recruiting office and was told that due to the coaching staff changes recently that Jr Day had been rescheduled. It is now scheduled for April 17th with no other details available just yet. Details should be available mid-March.
