There are concerns. I'm not sure if it's accurate to declare with certainty that there are issues at this point.

We've made some boneheaded decisions this year, but all coaches do on occasion.

Jmo.

Yes they do one of those decisions was made last night and cost the red team dearly.

Like 56 yard field goals?

Concern is a far better word

Issue was a little strong

I'm the most excited about this signing class as I have been many years! I really hope we pick up a couple more! Go Big Orange!

Not sure if Malone is crucial to this class. We already have 4 receivers committed and were returning North, Pig, and Croom. Also we dont know what we have in Paul Harris but he was pretty highly recruited. And we have this guy Preston Williams coming in 2015 not sure if you've heard of him :)

I think Malone puts us over the top.

I think more importantly is the fact that out of this class coming up is there can be little to no busts within the class!! I mean it seems the last several years the majority of the players within these classes have been over rated or something else that doesnt pan out. We desperately need all the players coming in to live up to the hype.
Is possibly, the most important day for this program since the 1998 NC Game

This class is so very important to the rebuilding of this once proud program. We can't bust on this class.

Jones needs to finish this class strong and keep it in the Top 5 nationally if we hope to dig ourselves out of this hole

Of all the issues I have with this staff, recruiting isn't one. This is so far, their bread and butter

Get...it...done

Come Jan 5th I think Butch is going to earn his money. I would not be surprised if he has something up his sleeve on NSD. GO VOLS!

I think that this class will be the beginning! Never have we had a group of kids recruiting as hard as the coaches. I think we will keep this class together and add a few kids we don't expect. It would not surprise me to see the Legacy guys walk on. I know that has been talked to death on this site, but these guys want TN back as bad as we do. I think it is a good possibility that it happens. I don't have any inside information.... Just a gut feeling. I know that if my boy's had this opportunity....as much as I love our school I would do it for a semester or two if I could afford it. GO VOLS

The recruits in this class want to be remembered as the class that brought Tennessee football back to elite status. That's what Butch is selling, and these guys are sold and are up to the task.

Looks like we lost one

Dominique Booth has decommitted

Seems he wanted to EE and wasn't givin the opportunity by Jones

Hopefully this means we get Malone

We need to add Malone. With Croom being so injury prone, we have to have a second elite athlete out there

Croom an athlete? He played well against Kentucky and... . I don't understand the love for a guy who is 6-5 230 and avoids contact and is not aggressive going for the ball. Just because a guy is tall doesn't make him good, I think if Josh Smith can improve his hands he is better than croom, and North has been better than croom since the day he stepped foot on campus.

I don't think anyone thought Auburn or Missouri were going to be as good they are. Oregon, Bama, Missouri on the road and a surprise top 5 Auburn team. Not many teams were going to fair well against that.

Looking forward to this great day and I'm taking off work just to follow it because it would be hard to concentrate otherwise.

Hopefully, we snag a NSD surprise or two.

I consider it UTs Super Bowl. And I'm gonna celebrate it like one.

I'll save my celebrating for when it translates to W's. They don't hand out hardware in Feb. but it makes it easier to get it down the road.

All the hardware Alabama's won, was won on national signing day.

There are enough uncommitted top 50 prospects to shake up the rankings and move UT out of the top 5. Especially when rivals has their updates.... it's really just a chance to give another star to Bama commit. Still shouldn't undermine what Butch is doing IMO. Recruits are the foundation and Butch has a plan.
