It's just a set of facts. The lawyers on scene were not allowed to be present for the search - that fact doesn't seem to be in dispute. They requested the cams be shut off but that request was denied. That fact doesn't seem to be in dispute. A different lawyer used the cameras to watch some of the search. That fact doesn't seem to be in dispute. I don't see the impossibility or nefariousness of any of this.
