It's pretty bad. Someone was moving them around to fool Trump's own lawyers that the relevant documents had been turned over. This caused them to misrepresent the status to DOJ.

I’m not convinced that the concept of Trump is shrinking yet beaded on other social media platforms . To be honest as long as the left continues to go extreme left and they keeping trying to make him pay , the populist has a niche carved out . I still think the smartest thing they could do would be have DeSantis run and Trump tell his supporters to back him . I don’t believe Democrats could counter that in any way .

I heard a theory that a big part of this is to make it more difficult for DeSantis to run because it will keep Trump in the news cycle and mess with the republican primaries. That basically the Dems are actually more fearful of Desantis.
