The two secenarios are not remotely comparable. Trump knowingly and intentionally took AND KEPT hundreds of documents and REFUSED lawful direction to return them. Enormous difference.

Did he have any that were illegal like the vaccine mandates or forgiving student debt? Those powers aren’t within Biden’s EO authority but he did them anyway. Did Trump have any like that? I can’t think of any off the top of my head.

Let’s see what actually comes out. So far it’s all speculation. It would have to be something pretty bad to justify the actions taken this far and you’d like to think the FBI didn’t raid Trump on a hunch or as a fishing expedition but we shall see. It smells like some of the prior “get Trump” initiatives but I could be wrong.

We don't know that there wasn't nuclear weapon information in there. We don't know that at all.

Meanwhile, if anyone has been shifting goal posts on this it's Team Trump. They've gone from the documents were planted, to lawyers' fault, to Trump can declassify anything he wants any time he wants, to they staged photos, to there's attorney client info in there, to it was a messy move out of the WH and so some things were mistakenly taken (that's the most recent one).
