Do you understand stolen? Biden was not to be in possession due to his title.

It doesn't appear as though a raid of Biden's home will be necessary, because unlike Trump, Biden isn't refusing to hand over documents which do not belong to him.

You seem to think he's doing the right thing because he got caught with stolen material. Again, he didn't come forward because he noticed the mistake. He got caught and then decided to hand over classified to stolen material.

I don't think malicious intent can be established until we know something about the nature of the documents which Biden was in possession of. His lawyers did the right thing by immediately delivering those documents to NARA and notifying the DOJ of the situation. AG Merrick Garland did the right thing by appointing a special counsel to investigate the matter.

Funny, the GOP House members are demanding to see the 20 documents in the Biden locations, which he immediately turned over to the Archive. But don't seem to care about the 350 documents Trump had and would not return for 8 months, forcing the FBI to come get them.

Did the right thing? So, it seems the info was there maybe before, maybe about same time for both party's docs. But, Biden was sat on till after the mid-terms while Trump/GOP was processed. Election manipulation? If they weren't accted upon by the AG with legal equality, then it was all politics and manipulation, and the AG did nothing correctly, and he himself should also be investigated, and not by the FBI or CIA.

Currently, the handing of Biden's illegal docs and the spin to de-criminalize it, is nothing but a get out of jail free card for Trump.
