She did fund that Minnesota Bond release organization during the BLM riot/insurrection. If anybody who is released attacked a government building during those riots / insurrection. I would think she could be charged and impeached on insurrection funding and insurrection to say the least. If not up and out treason. Maybe a stretch but possible route to take

The left believes he handled it better but fail to acknowledge he had them in secretly for 6 years before they we conveniently discovered. That's called getting caught with stolen documents as a sitting President, not handling it better.

Wasn't Trump also caught with stolen documents?

Per his own hired attorneys, there were two classified documents found in a storage unit in West Palm Beach in December. This was after one of his attorneys, Christina Bobb, signed an affidavit in June which stated that all documents marked "classified" had been returned from Trump's properties.

It's fair to point out Biden only complied because he got caught with stolen documents. He didn't willfully hand those over because of a mistake.... they were discovered in his possession.

The only reason that a search warrant was obtained for Mar-a-Lago and an FBI raid had to be conducted, was because Trump was withholding material from The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA), which the Presidential Records Act of 1978, requires Presidents to transfer over when they leave office. Trump was refusing to obey a law, and then he refused to comply with a subpoena.

It’s actually over 6 years of the left preaching with every breath they could muster about how bad Trump was , how he was destroying everything , how a ham sandwich would be better and how Joe would unify the country because of his lifer politics . They burry their heads in the sand now while apple sauce proves them wrong every time they let him out of the basement 😂

That is wrong.

Biden's attorneys discovered the items, and then handed them over to officials with The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) the next day. Not only was a subpoena never served for Biden's documents, but neither the Department of Justice or NARA were even looking for them.

I say 6 years as a minimum number to give the lowest of corruption and hypocrisy by the left. For a guy in office by half a century I'm not sure we want to know the exact number.

If Biden is a thief over this? Then so is Trump ... but only Trump has obstructed an investigation with his refusal to comply with a subpoena..

Biden's attorneys discovered the items- when he was washing the corvette and doing a deep winter clean at the "think tank". Discovered, caught, stumbled upon however you need to say it.... he had stolen documents.

I have been critical of Biden for this. It was reckless. Once we have some general description concerning the content of the classified material uncovered in Biden's residence, we will have an idea of how much malice was involved.

He needs to resign and those on the left need to start the process of that happening. For someone who has been in office under 50 years, reckless as a VP and not President is a stain on the office and the American people. He's been "reckless" his entire career so this should not be a surprise, from his racist comments as a Senator to his foreign dealings as VP.

Like I said ... the content of the material will be of significance here. After those items have been reviewed by the House Oversight Committee, we should learn more about how much malicious intent was involved in Biden's illegal handling of classified documents. House Republicans will give us a general description of what Biden had improperly removed from the White House,

Resign... content does not matter. But since you went there, the content pertains to Ukraine among others. No need to talk about all the connections coming back to the Biden family in regards to Ukraine and now China.
