It's not my presumption. This will go all the way to SCOTUS and they will either uphold precedent or they won't, if they don't then Trump's goose is cooked. Then the prosecutions should start for Biden and Pence shortly after.

Cool. I actively campaigned against Trump while living in Unicoi County TN. It wasn’t as dangerous as when Biden marched with MLK and Mandela(sarcasm) but it was contentious and lonely. I like your posts, just leave me out of your generalities.

What part of this will go to SCOTUS and they will rule on it do you not understand? If they rule Trump didn't have authority to have them he's cooked.

I haven't planted a flag other than it will go to the Supremes.

Has anyone here made a conscious thought about Trump actually going into this storage room and digging through these documents? This is a ******** indictment and everyone knows it.

The problem in all of this is the inconsistency on how the law is applied. More people, from both sides, should be facing charges IMO. But simply pursuing Trump and only Trump certainly makes it appear to be a political hit job. Yes, he's an arrogant POS that shouldn't be in the WH, but it plays as political bias. When will we see other politicians held accountable? I think we all know it's not likely to happen.
