It's still highly questionable that there was any criminal conduct, SCOTUS has issued a few rulings on the matter. As for Biden, he was VP when he absconded with the classified material so that was clearly criminal conduct just like Pence.
Anyway the Supremes will be forced to decide, again.
One more time. With gusto:
But. Her. Emails.

I don't think you'll find many on the left that would lose sleep if Biden gets or got the same treatment for lying, concealing and showing classified documents to unauthorized folks.
If you don't see it's a problem or find it highly questionable that there was criminal conduct, I'll remind you that:

Trump’s lawyers have made some accusations. I’m fine with those accusations being followed up on and consequences being dealt out if they turn out to be true.
The idea that it’s pure politics and he did nothing wrong doesn’t fit with the evidence available at this time, most of which has been corroborated by trump himself. Best of luck gaslighting anybody into believing that that’s pure partisanship as the guy whose head is firmly wedged between Tucker Carlson’s ass cheeks.
He’ll still have an opportunity to put on a defense, if he chooses to take it, and will have to be afforded all of the procedures and safeguards that are given to anybody else. He’ll actually fare better than most since he got a judge that is clearly skeptical of all of this. If they get to a conviction, any political animosity on the part of the prosecutors will have been no different than how gang members and confessed murderers are treated when they go through the process. They should be held accountable and if it can be shown to have enticed then to act in a way that improperly affected the outcome, that should be dealt with the same as it would for anybody else.
Trump’s conduct was unquestionably different than that of Pence or Biden. If those differences offer more evidence of criminal intent or cross the line into different criminal conduct, then I’m in favor of different treatment for him. If they don’t, then they should be treated the same.
If there’s a paper trail of NARA making the same efforts to retrieve documents from Biden and Biden giving them the Heisman, then they can share a cell.
Unquestionably it was different when you look at the details. The indictment paints a picture of willful deceit and active concealment - that's likely what cooks his goose.
Reminds me of ole Bruce. It wasn't the BBQ, it was lying about it that got him the show cause.
I think you might be getting ahead of your skis here. I know as a progressive this has you licking your chops but Trump, as POTUS, can declassify as he wishes.
I know you are looking through blue tinted glasses but you can tell this is weak because much of this is basically accusing him of moving documents, etc. All of this is a set-up to make it hard for this man to run and win again by keeping him tied up in court. Even the announcement months ago about Biden lawyers turning in classified documents, Biden had said documents for since before 2017 that he had no right to possess and they didn't know he had them. You see how air headed you have to believe they didn't know or actually cared? It was a pretext to move to this phase.
That requires everyone to be naive and assume that Biden had documents by accident. Didn’t he have documents from his time as a Senator, which would be incredibly illegal?Unquestionably it was different when you look at the details. The indictment paints a picture of willful deceit and active concealment - that's likely what cooks his goose.

Trump Admits He Didn’t Declassify Secret Docs: Transcript – Rolling StoneIf (and it's pure speculation) SCOTUS holds that a president has ultimate authority over classification then there was no criminal intent because no crime (possessing the documents) was committed.
