He gets callers from all parts of the country. The man knows how to sale his product, and people buy into it as if everything he says is righteous and can't be argued against. I will say this, Paul is a very intelligent guy. I would never go on his show and challenge him like callers do simply because the bald headed goober sits at a desk all day reading and watching SEC sports. He's got a lot of wisdom about the development of the SEC in the last decade, and quite frankly he knows his s@@@ from beginning to end. The problem lies with his attitude towards certain fans and fan bases, and many times he comes off as a dogmatic, decadent fart knocker.

Totally agree OP, though it is cool to think of the massive crow-fest this thread would be if we DID win 9-10 ball games.

you need to stop posting about stuff you dont know about.

utah states d gave up less than 3 yards per carry last year and most/all of the front 7 was coming back. going into the game most knew it would be tough to run the ball. thier secondary was the weak point.

I have lived all my life in North Alabama - one thing is certain PB is just a gobber hitting the hornets nest with a stick. I wouldn't doubt there is a rabid fan that calls in with orange tinted glasses but most of his stuff is made up crap by his staff. Tomorrow he'll try another door of his gong show stupidity.

His point stands: We don't play in the MWC and if one of their teams can throttle us by stacking it up, this OL had better improve quickly before we hit SEC play with superior secondaries. CBJ sure seems to think so.

I remember smashing nc state in the face a couple years ago, made a top cb recruit look bad, everyone was drinking dool aide and calling for a 10 win season. Those same fans were calling for the HC head a few weeks later. This is beginning to go beyond pathetic. Enjoy the slow climb, this will be a growing pains season imo.

That game (and season) was played two years ago with totally different players, coaches, and schemes.

This is the stupidest **** I've ever heard.
