Fired Tennessee vaccinations director planning to leave state with her family

Trump said some crazy stuff but is amazing how people have created their own reality in their head about him.

Funny, it’s just the opposite with Joe. The media can’t stop falling over themselves trying to prop him up and cover up his goofs.
You got my like but based on the last 72 hours, Joe's honeymoon appears to be over.

Fired Tennessee vaccine chief 'mailed dog muzzle to HERSELF' before claiming someone sent it to intimidate her after she published memo saying teens should get COVID shots without parental permission

Tennessee's top vaccination official has been accused of lying about mailing a dog muzzle to herself before she was fired for publishing a memo supporting children over the age of 14 getting a COVID-19 vaccine without parental permission.

Shortly before her firing, Dr. Michelle Fiscus claimed someone anonymously sent a dog muzzle to her state office through Amazon in the mail in an attempt to intimidate her.

During a recent appearance on CNN, Fiscus told Anderson Cooper there was no note to accompany the package, and that Amazon refused to reveal the sender when she contacted them.

Fiscus said she reported the incident to the Tennessee Department of Safety and Homeland Security, which conducted an investigation and discovered the package containing the muzzle traced back to a credit card in Fiscus' name.

SIAP…but I read where they said it was purchased by somebody else that had accessed her account, used her credit card #, but then mailed it to her?? Doesn’t make sense. Seems like that person would be too easily found out. She may out Jussie Jussie. Following…

It was either her or someone extremely close to her. My money's on her husband, he's got the motive.

Not surprised she's leaving the state. She was doing some very questionable things and got fired, doubled down with self owning. Now she and her family can't be taken seriously here.

That did cross my mind wrt her husband. Would easily have access to the account and the credit card (probably on file anyway). And you’re right, definitely motive there.

Lol .... so stupid ..... everyday. Everyday someone in public office does stupid.

Per a recent survey from "Politico" :

The #1 reason that unvaccinated Trump voters give for not wanting the shot (or shots) doesn't even have anything to do with science. It is this :

"I don't want to give liberals the satisfaction." (and they are usually just referred to as "the libs")

One might hope that such logic would not also be applied to the question of whether or not to have their children vaccinated (if they have any), but that is probably hoping for too much.

An idiot... is an idiot.

I don’t know where that survey was conducted, (remember Politico is liberal site) but I don’t agree that is a liberal issue, it is a health and risk issue, and the lack of trust in our government, at least for me and everyone that I talk to.
I would never make health decisions on a political stand, such a thing would be stupidity and stubbornness

So is mine. My wife said depending on the night It could be a 50-50 split give or take a few both ways. They are treating just as many people that has the shot as those that didn't take it. If you don't think the "info" the hospitals are putting out isn't politically charged you have lost your mind.
If you think it's a 50-50 split between unvaccinated vs. vaccinated you're FOS

Not at all. I've had friends on the ground say the same thing. The vaccines arent as effective vs Delta and it's more transmissible. Treating doesn't mean it's life threatening either so there's still an obvious benefit to it. Currently.
