First team rankings are out

harbaugh always gets a bunch of commits early and then weeds out the ones he actually doesn't want later by getting their admissions department to reject them.

also bet they lose Carlisle to Cal and Wright to ND by the end of the month.

i'm not arguing with you at all I'm just saying that they have a ton of commits, some pretty good. That's why they're #4, not sure how it's a joke

their average star rating is nothing to get excited about. not sure why scout insists to rank teams consistantly on the idiocy of number of commits rather than quality of the class.

Maybe your negative opinion about all things UT football right now? Just a thought...

lol at you trying to deny it. You are pathetic.

I saw the rankings on another SEC site, and they weren't posted here. I posted them, my bad. Obviously, it's not a secret I'm not a fan of Dooley, but I've given him due when something positive has happened. I really don't know why you are arguing with me, it's as if you're trying to convince me I'm not a fan.

Ok, define how you're a fan to me. Do you want the best for us? Do you want us to win? If we played USC, who would you root for?

I argue with your cuz 95% of your posts in the last month have been garbage.

I have to give you some credit here. You have been supportive in some areas. I think we all have mixed feelings about what is going to happen, but you seriously can't feel as bad about Dooley as you once did, can you? I think the biggest cynic would still have to dish out a little cred to the Dool-ee-nator.

1. Ok, define how you're a fan to me. 2. Do you want the best for us? 3. Do you want us to win? 4. If we played USC, who would you root for?

1. I spend my money on the football and basketball programs. I am a season ticket holder in both sports and I want both programs to succeed in the long run.
2. Yes.
3. Yes.
4. Tennessee.

Look, none of us like the situation the program is in. I've waited 17 years to be able to move back home to Nashville, been telling my wife about the glory years, and odds are the first game I take her to this year we're going to lose. I think we can win but we might very well lose. 10 years ago we would have destroyed Oregon. BUt the team does appear to be moving in the right direction. This is going to take a while.

:good!: We're all disappointed after what has happenned and want the best for UT, but you're right it will take some time.

Alright guys, I'll try to be less negative over the next few weeks. It's made the site more difficult for everyone. It doesn't change my stance on Dooley, but I'll try not to be as vocal about it. I realize some people are just along for the ride and fun of being a fan. I, like all of you hope he succeeds in the future. The last week has certainly been a positive first step.:hi:

Nobody was jumping up and down when Dooley was hired. I personally wasn't myself. I was like who is this guy. But I do think he has done about as well as he could so far. I was way more excited about Wilcox coming on board. If Wilcox was not here, I would not feel nearly as good about our future.

On a side note, I'm willing to squash any bad blood between you and I moving forward for what-its-worth. You may not care but I'm atleast going to do it.

I'm not interested in being involved in internet rivalries either. Sounds good.

Now? I agree. In two months? If they are good recruiters, then yes, it should be higher.
