Maybe this was what we deserved. You can't lose games like SC... you just can't.

Today also shows a built in disadvantage that Tennessee has right now in the SEC East. Our annual West opponent is Alabama... Florida's is LSU and Georgia's is Auburn. There is a difference.

Nonsense.

As if Florida was expected to win today, and as if LSU didn't win 5 of the last 6 against us.

UT lost the East in Columbia, and it took a miracle in Athens to make today's game relevant to you guys.

Neither McElwain or Jones will win a national title. They are average in coaching and recruiting.

I just feel Florida could do better with their built in recruiting advantage. They are usually not willing to settle and I think McElwain is going to keep you guys in that area of 10 win seasons with nothing to show for it. Gonna be hard to fire a guy like that.

Tennessee could do better, but most of our fanbase and administration are fine with slightly above average results.

You forgot A&M. The best team is not representing the East this year and it doesn't matter because of Bama.

Brah. 38-28. We know who the better team is. Have fun getting whooped by Bama. There was no miracle in Athens. Jennings out jumped everyone. Skill.

Have to give Florida props. No one thought they could go beat LSU and they did. They derserve to go plain and simple. We blew it against a terrible SC team.

It doesn't matter because of South Carolina.

It almost didn't matter because of Georgia.

Our Arkansas loss and your A&M loss cancelled each other out.

Florida will likely get boatraced by Alabama, but I don't buy the schedule argument. LSU has been as tough an out for us as Alabama has been for you guys.

Are you going to argue that they are equal though? Alabama is usually much better than LSU is the point.

I hate Fl as much as anyone but they did what they had to against LSU. I think the difference was LSU not being willing to even consider anything but running up the middle in the red zone. Les may be gone but it sure looked like he was right back there calling plays.

I'm arguing it's been no easier for us to beat LSU as it's been for you guys to beat Alabama.

LSU had Alabama sweating bullets into the 4th quarter not too long ago.

Yeah and they didn't have a brain fart like we had at SC. They won the games they were favored to win.

He's won the East twice and this year with a soup can at QB. Sure we beat em but with a backup QB. Butch has a Sr QB. Imagine how putrid he'd be with UF QBs. I'd take Mac over Butch all day long
