A Naples man is arrested for calling 911 three times and asking a dispatcher if she was interested on going on a date.

Collier County deputies arrested Stephen Ramsey, 45, at his home on Florida Avenue for misuse of the 911 system. According to deputies, Ramsey asked the dispatcher how she felt about handcuffs. He then laughed before finally hanging up the phone.

I know that we use this thread mostly for humor. But, my God, the headlines out of that state the last couple days are mind-boggling and tragic.

Not sure I want to link it but it was in Tampa. Sadly it seems it could have been prevented. Made me sick

Yeah, that one and the one with the 15 year-old girl who killed her brother. Reading about how that girl was treated during her life by the parent (not saying that it justifies killing someone) was just awful.
