Florida is not that good. It's beginning to be a blowout now and if bama doesn't play sloppy at the beginning then it's a possible 40 point deficit

Did you ever think that our offense ability ... might predict our ability to call plays? Not too complex for you is it! Simple way to put this, "You can put a pure bred Jackass in the Kentucky Derby...but he is not gonna win".

Because he's a great OC and his QB almost broke the passing record when he used to look like crap before this year. Why you hatin?

By the way we have thrown the fade in the end zone to North several times this year so..m not sure if youre just trolling. ..

Your problem is you cant sit back and just enjoy tbe game of football without hatred in your heart. I can give props where its due. Lane didnt do anything to me to hate the man. Now when we play Bama then my hatred for Bama is justified. Sad you just cant enjoy the art of good playcalling.

The art of good play calling is a lot easier with Bama's talent. There is a reason Bama can go through coordinators like candy and still have a very good offense.

I'm not an idiot I know what he did. I'm simply not sure why people dog him as an OC just cuz you hate him. UF playing bad had nothibg to do with how well Sims played. He was on the money on those plays that weren't busted coverage. Sims used to suck. Crompton sucked. I dislike the man too but he's a good playcaller. I greatly dislike Saban but he is the best coach in college and its not even close. I'm not going to deny it. So calm down.

Lane did not set this program back. The AD who runs the athletic department and is responsible for the hiring and firing of coaches is to blame. Your hate is misguided and its sad you're still holding on to it. Thats what separates the men from the boys. Maturity v immaturity. Sad reallg.

Sims had never started before so I am not sure where all of this Sims "used to suck" info comes from? The Spring Game maybe? We all know how good Spring Games can make players look or poorly lol. It seems to me the guy is a pretty good athlete.

Lol. I give props when its due too. He has a 5th year senior QB who knows the offense inside and out, the best receiver in the country, and probably the best running back duo in the country, second maybe only to UGA. Not to mention Nick Saban breathing down his neck (literally) monitoring his every call...


I enjoy football. I also understand it. Its not all play calling, its about execution. When you have elite players, they execute.

Back to the original question, consider these facts: Florida has surrendered in back-to-back SEC games a total of 72 points, 1095 total yards, 818 yards passing and 8 touchdown passes. Those are comparable to what we were surrendering under Sal Sunseri's "tutelage."

You fail to consider that maybe that kensucky offense is not as bad as you want it to be and Lane is one of the best playcallers in the game. Kentucky will not be a cake walk for us. Wake up hater.

Um he was was hit with sanctions. Also he was the head coach and spread himself thin. He was still a good play caller then he just didnt win as a head coach. Look you can hate on him but the consensus in CFB circles is Lane can coach up a quarterback and call plays with the best of them. Hello Crompton. Stop hating dude its doing you no favors.
