I will go further and say that you get 1 level of understanding with the English translation and then you get a deeper level with the original language. I am going to stop know because this will get political fast. If any wants that deeper discussion then send me a message.

I’m response to both posts, I would like to add that young people do need to be taught to read and understand the Bible correctly. Both comments here are accurate, but there are several areas of understanding that should be brought to light through devoted study. Many people don’t know, for example, that the Bible is not read in chronological order. It would definitely make for an interesting discussion in another forum. As many of you on here know, I am definitely not a candidate for sainthood, but I have extensive training in religion and apologetics, and learning how to read the Bible is fascinating.

I remember hearing about it, then I watched the specific scenes on the VCR tapes to confirm. Sure enough it was there. The little Mermaid where the preacher is marrying the villain and the guy. Preacher pops a woody. Couldn't believe it. Alladin when the tiger is growling at the guy you hear a voice say "Take your clothes off". In the Lion King when Symba flops down on the cliff ledge and flower pedals (or whatever it was) fly out they briefly spell out "sex". Say this stuff with my own eyes. I am sure it's edited out now in more recent releases, as it should be.
