This is the correct answer. Georgia is hung over by our game, and their confidence is shook knowing they could have easily lost to an unranked Florida team.

I don’t know what is best. Fun to speculate but whatever happens is out of our hands and Tennessee still has to play then next week. So regardless of who wins, or how beat up they are, or aren’t, or how confident they are/aren’t feeling, or what the east chances are etc… I hope Tennessee takes care of business against Kentucky, stays healthy, has a great week of practice and comes in playing their best football to this point.

I think we want UGA and Bama to lose 2 games as fast as possible, its possible if UF beats them this weekend otherwise no. They lose to UF but beat us, then lose to a 2 loss Bama team in the championship game we would be looking pretty good at 11-1.

Florida can give Georgia a good game if they haven’t already folded on the season. I’m not sure if they’re still hungry or will just roll over if they fall behind.

Sometimes teams quit… don‘t know if Florida is at that point or not. If so, Georgia wins easily.

I want to have a crack at the AP #1 team. There’s a reasonably likely scenario, though, where we beat UGA, win the SECCG, and then face UGA again in the 1 v 4 matchup in the playoff. A UGA loss to Florida would mean we wouldn’t have to play them a second time. Personally, sign me up to play TCU or Oregon. More interesting and I’m more confident in one of those scenarios than I am in a rematch.

Any time an SEC East team in contention for a spot in the SECCG loses it will only help us. So, to answer your question, it would be better if UGA lost.
