Can you explain the similar expansion of the bodies of Michael Jordan and Roger Clemens?

Can you please explain the similar expansion of my body?

this guy can barely walk, but he won the freaking tour de france. leave him alone.

It's much more clear how he did it, if all of this is true, of course.

Last thing I read said that nobody even knows where the guy is. He's missed two races and blew off the Tonight Show. :dunno:

Where was he today when he denied that he cheated and said his name would eventually be cleared? Communicating via morse code from his Amish family's barn?

Nobody seems to know anything other than he gave the statement on the phone from "somewhere in Europe".

I see.

Apparently going into hiding and avoiding face-to-face human contact after something like this comes out... that's not suspicious at all.

I'm thinking of trying that the next time I screw up at work.

It's not about atonement, it's about fairness and consistency in the media. If Armstrong doped, I want him publicly crucified with the same intensity that Bonds has been subjected to for the last two years.

Interesting view of "justice".

If it's good enough for the most dominant offensive player of his generation, it's good enough for some bike riding dork.

hey hat, did you mention earlier that Bonds was your favorite player, correct me if I am wrong. Just seemed odd to me. It seems like you are really into "winning championships" as a measuring device as to how great an athlete or coach is. That's why I would not understand you being such a fan of his, as he has never won anything. Not inteded as a smart ass type of question, just seemed atypical of your thought process.

I said I was a big fan of Barry's. I don't think I said he was my favorite player, even though with the recent retirement of Barry Larkin, he probably is my favorite active player. George Brett would be my all time favorite player. I would be the first to admit that Barry's resume has a huge hole in it. I would point out that in his one shot at the World Series he put on one of the greatest offensive performances in history. That said, he hasn't won a championship. If I'm going to criticize Manning for not reaching the ultimate accomplishment in his sport, I have to recognize that Bonds has also fallen short on that accord.

George Brett...my favorite baseball player of all time.

What about Rose, hat? I would've figured you were a big fan of his, being a Reds fan.

Can't agree with you on Martin. He and Whitey Herzog are the two best managers I've ever seen.

I like Pete, but I was fairly young when he left to sign with the Phillies. I also resent him for being such a lousy manager and strangling the great young talent the Reds had in the late '80s. It's no coincidence that Piniella immediately won the World Series upon his arrival. Any decent manger could have done that. Finally, I've had the misfortune of meeting Pete. If people think Bonds is a jerk, they should meet Mr. Rose without a camera around. He's a deplorable guy.

I have had the opportunity to meet Johnny Bench (playing in a charity golf scramble) he is just as bad if not worse.

Now Landis is coming out vehemently denying the allegations and saying he has always tested with high levels of natural testosterone. I don't think anybody knows what to think at this point.
