That is a BIG strike against him. Indecision. Hart is aloof and we will likely suffer for it. Should have hired Carles Davis. He's a great ambassador for the University.

Good post. The UTAD somewhat expected Dools to be fired this year, was hoping for the best because they were caught with their pants down at just how bad things were. They wanted a 4th year out of him. Which tells you they had no intent to go big with the football program then or now. They think 8-4 and 9-3 is about right to keep their money train going because Vol fans always support their team. They keep chunking money out there for ... this. It began to backfire on them toward the end of this season though. They see the new ESPN contract as their way out of the financial mess. The problem with that is it's not enough and they still have to sell tickets and stuff to make the money.

Would love to see Charles Davis come back and take it over, but doubt he will because he is probably making more money with less headaches. They already have the guy sitting in there in Blackburn.
