To make the tourney pretty much every year , that is great. To win that tourney , you need 2 guards that can shoot threes. So if one’s cold the other can still knock them down. Villanova, Carolina, Baylor, UCONN , recent previous winners had 2 guards that could shoot 3’ s. Complimented by great rebounders.

Nobody said we were going to the NIT. We are likely, based on what we saw last night (playing soft with no fighting spirit), to fall down to a 5 or 6 seed. After a 14-0 start, that just ain’t good enough.
