+/- for every player

i just went back and looked. did you add them up yourself from each game and then average? or is there an average somewhere already on the page.

cause i just added up golden's RR and divided it by 23 the number of games we've played and its around 4.5. his +/- was 3.6.

yes, it provides averages. on the player pages

well either im retarded or their avergaes are wrong. if you add up the +/- for every game for golden and divide it by 23 you come up with 3.6 not 3.0, and if you add up his RR and divide it by 23 you get 4.5 not 3.6.

weird...

Interesting that Jarnell has the worst +/-

Maymon doesn't have good numbers either.

Woolridge has some of the best for a player that doesn't get much PT

The first shouldn't be surprising at all if you think about it. Stokes is the only one who didn't play against UNCG, ULM, and their ilk, so he only has SEC games counting towards his +/-. That's why it's so out of kilter with his RR.

My only explanation for Maymon's poor numbers are the long stretches in which we're unable to get the ball into the post, especially in December.

Yeah you're right. There is an option to restrict those stats just to conference play, but I'm on my phone. I'll have to pull it up later

he goes from 0.1 +/- in all games to -.04 in conference games, and goes from a -2 RR in all games to a +3.1 in conference games.

this is a much more accurate look at his contributions to this team.
