I don't post on here much, but I'd have to disagree with you hatvol on Maze being better than Goins last year. No disrespect to Bobby, he played hard but if you go back and watch games Goins provided jolts for the team at times when they really needed it. He was quicker and seemed to finish at the rim better than Maze. I think one of the reasons he played over Melvin was that Pearl was loyal to Maze. Maze had been here longer, worked hard, and earned his time. Goins had to come in and do the same. I think he'll be a huge factor on this year's team. I'm not saying he's going to be averaging 20 a game, but I think he'll do a good job of controlling the tempo, playing defense, and attacking the rim.

Again, I don't post much though....so what the hell do I know, right?

Has Forbes specifically said it was Hatvol? I don't want to go through the entire thread to see if this is the case. If not, let's stop inflating Hat's ego by guessing that it was him.

Goins had some good spurts here and there, but his overall play wasn't as good as Maze's.

Yeah, controlled chaos showed us all. Glad Pearl didn't scrap ratball and go to a halfcourt style last year. That would have been an F'n disaster.

Hat is a braggart who is routinely wrong about players, most recently maymon who he called fat and lazy.

For him to pretend that he has not worked to hide who he is makes me laugh. I had some guesses and was warned off trying to find out in pm's from his friends here.
