I have no problem with anyone stating facts. We offered Strong, he said no, wanted to stay with his players and continue the path they were on, and of course get a nice pay increase. The simple truth.

Watching this game in 1st half, it reminds me of '86 Sugar Bowl when Miami thought UT would crumble...then Vols came out & blitzed 'em.

I hate the the Gators more than any other team. May have something to do with me living down here and getting our tail beat every freakin' year. I hope U of L beats the snot out of them.:)

I wouldn't be surprised to see UF have a good second half and win. However, I hope Louisville beats the **** out of them.

Your team is playing in the Sugar Bowl and you are on Volnation? Seriously? That's sad on so many levels. I didn't care who won at first, but after watching 5 minutes, my mind was made up. I can't figure out why the refs are letting Elam run his mouth. They are blind to helmet to helmet, taunting, and facemask penalties. Florida is playing very dirty and doesn't really have to. Like Herby just said, Florida is more worried about talking trash than executing.

so much for all you douches who said that Strong was not 'qualified' for the UT job...'U of L does not play at the same level as the SEC' or 'his record is not good enough'; the cards don't look so bad against a pretty good SEC team. He was the best candidate for our HC'ing position. Oh well....that boat has sailed...along with UT's future.
