I'm embarrassed for the SEC simply because of all of the undisciplined, cheap shots Florida was taking. Play the game fair or GTFO the field!

That's what Florida does. If you ever notice them get behind and are losing, they start taking cheap shots. That's the convict blood in them. :dance2:

The best way to keep a gator from chomping is tape their damn mouth shut. Looks like UL has accomplished this. I dont care if it was 1 point or 10 points you still got your a^^ kicked. Now that i've pissed you off GTHO the VN site. Oh by the way, Sweet Baby Rays bbq sauce is great with gator tail. GBO GBO GBO.

Man, TB looks so much more athletic than TB. His footwork and mechanics in the pocket are wonderful. His play fakes and ball handling had Florida fooled all night. Everything about TB was on point. His accuracy was teriffic. He was the driving force in Louisville's win over Florida. Great game TB. You should enter the draft this year.

Florida is historically one of the worst teams when it comes to penalties..shouldn't be a surprise.

what an embarrassment for florida, losing to lowly louisville and the big east. uf players looked flat the whole game--bad coaching by muschamp.

Bad for SEC is partially good for us. Agreed that FL losing MIGHT help us at the edge for any recruits who were deciding between us. But if the SEC wholescale kicks the bucket during the post season, it may turn off some possibles who were interested in TN because its in the SEC.

Florida had a cupcake mid major team nearly beat them late in the season, but then they beat TAM and us...so, any team can lay an egg once or twice a season. Heck, we almost did against Arkansas in 98. Took a miracle to dodge that bullet.

We lost to LSU in the SECCG in 2001, when otherwise we had a NC caliber team. It happens.

It doesn't matter at all what anyone at VN thinks. The UT admin thought he was qualified. They offered him the job. He said no.

What where they supposed to do? The same thing I do when I offer someone a job and they say no, I offer it to the next guy.

If one loss causes a recruit to not choose florida then they would never choose us. I hate the gators as much as anyone else but that loss was an embarrassment to the conference IMO.

Is this the way to level the playing field....hoping they all lose, then the Vols will be more of a equal? Ok, at this point, after 7-8 years of losing.....we should take it any way we can get it.......it may be the only way... at this point..

Let's make the game last night part of a bowl-based playoff system and see if it turns out the same way. If that was a playoff game Floriduh wins by 20. Too many teams mailing it in this year.

Yesterday before the florida game I convinced one of my staff members who is a huge Florida fan to put on my Tennessee helmet, at the same time I had another staff member who is into voodoo and other weird stuff, (and hates the gators) throw a curse at the gators when the helmet was on.....this could be UT's version of the curse of the bambino!!!
