More senseless violence. Maybe it’s time to start holding the BLM charade accountable for their lies and distortions with police and actually start having a “conversation” about young black men slaughtering each other throughout the country?

The police are shooting people, sometimes in their sleep, and getting away with it and now people are rioting. There is a cause and effect you are missing and I know you won't knowledge. I can't wait to vote the hatemonger out of White House. He's just empowering people like you to be the true bigots they are. This is a football message board. Take your hate back to your facebook page.
Speaking of hate. Could not be more evident.

But police didnt shoot Dorian and for every one black man that Police shoot, hundreds if not thousands are murdered by other black men. But no riot for them, the victims of your average weekend in Chicago. No "peaceful protest" for the 8 year old child murdered or the father gunned down in broad daylight in front of his daughter. Hear the deafening silence? That is what self righteous hypocrisy sounds like. The kind spewed out by politicians that dont really care about black lives but only want to use them in a cynical ploy to keep political power - and the dimwitted who continue to re-elect them, while whining about their perpetual victim-hood. If only someone really cared about black lives.... perhaps Mr. Banks would still be with us. My sincere condolences to his family and those who loved him.

There is no place for political arguments right now. The fact is, a young man has lost his life. Someone has lost a son, a brother, a cousin, a friend, do I need to go on? Are there deeper issues here? Sure there are. But your political opinion/who you're going to vote for isn't going to change that. This planet needs the Lord right now. Plain and simple. He's the only way any of this is going to stop.

Maranatha.

Until this country does something about drugs and gangs this will be the norm. We can not and should not accept the slavery of addiction. If these kids are not being murdered then many of them are dying by overdose of heroin and Fentanyl.

Why don’t these lives matter?
I wrote something snarky about BLM but deleted it. I will just say this "there is no personal responsibility anymore" Everyone is a victim.

The sad part is this country can do something about drugs and gangs if they had enough people who would support doing it. Local, State, and Federal Governments have failed to respond to the problem for the last 70-80 years, except for a short time in the 1960- 70s. There is so much money involved and officials tend to turn their backs when a little $$$ comes their way. A lot of the Public who are recreational users are supporting the dealers by continuing to buy the stuff. The Mob, both in NewYork and Las Vegas were essentially shut down for a short number of years. However, in our current society, greed rules most people’s minds and I fear that our law enforcement system is corrupt form the Federal level all the way down to through the State and Local levels. Where is Eliot Ness when we need him?

At this point only a massive revival in our nation will change the hearts and lives of the people. What is tragic to me is the most vulnerable among us are being exploited AGAIN for a political agenda. Just read the comments of a couple here and they LITERALLY the talking points from a party platform/underground gather trying to destroy our nation and lead us to socialism as fast as possible. As Dr. Ben Carson has said, "I fear nothing will change until fathers are once again back in the homes raising their children". But don't bring that up. Too many politicians fall squarely in this category. Now, back to football!

To heaven maybe. Stop being an azz when someone is trying to be nice when a kid has died.

Godspeed has traditionally been how you express good wishes and a safe trip to someone who's about to begin a journey (often a trans-oceanic voyage aboard ship), so I don't see how that applies here. That's my point. I wish that's what the story was about rather than such a tragic event.

Don't want to get into the politics here because I'm so tired of that crap, but what exactly would they be protesting in regards to the life of Dorian Banks? Are the people who killed him still free on the streets? It seems like justice is taking its proper course here.
Black on black crime is a massive problem, and the lack of protesting in the streets doesn't mean the lives of those like Dorian don't matter. The reasons why it's such a massive problem are so deep and entangled at this point I don't think anyone has a solution. And no, defunding or disbanding the police is not a good solution. That's stupid, knee-jerk reactionary crap. Why is it happening though? We can't just pretend like forcing black people into specific sections of cities and basically making it impossible to get out just a generation or so ago isn't at least a contributing factor. We know that crime, drugs, and violence always follow poverty. Just take a look at the poorest areas of white, rural populations and you see the same things. It's just that these areas are less densely populated so you see more rampant drug use than murders. So we pretty much forced them into poverty when we couldn't enslave them anymore and now we act surprised that there are so much crime and violence.
I guess that counts as going into politics, so I apologize. Just my $.02.

You misspelled " Typical ".
Yet Louisville and Portland are on fire.

Wow it’s clear you won’t let a good tragedy keep you from spewing hateful racist venom. “Typical” what do you mean by that? That all
Black people do is stand around shooting one another. You have a right to your option however and so do I so here’s mine-

Are you a believer in Christ? If you’re a Christian how can you speak ill of a young man who’s life is over and another three young men who will most likely be locked up for the rest of their lives? But I bet you don’t care because you would rather be so called “right” then show some compassion. Even if it’s on a message board. Coward.

Go open God’s Word and read Matthew 12:36.

“But I tell you that everyone will have to give an account on the day of judgement for every empty word they have spoken.”

There is a massive problem with black men killing each other that isn't addressed like you mentioned. The reason police are in the news is because they protect and serve the citizens...gang members are not legal authorities. There is a national issue with police brutality and unnecessary killing which sometimes is race related. Unfortunately, those officers are above the law and usually receive ZERO repercussions besides a slap on the wrist. THAT HAS TO STOP. If you accidentally break into the wrong home and kill the wrong person, there needs to be manslaughter chargers or literally something besides "oops". I support the police and even giving them more funding but for better training, salary, and better screening of candidates because there is a large amount that are not intelligent (not only intellectual intelligence but various) enough to serve.

There is some very strong data on poverty and crime which seems to be skipped over but that's another discussion.

Have LeBronze and Krapperdick weighed in yet?

I hope they would be saddened like all of us are. Not sure how that is really relevant to the topic, but just shows how out of touch you actually are with what the protests mean. You can actually be against police brutality, for racial equality and justice and be against black on black crime. It's not really that hard, you just have to have a brain and a soul.

So this guy still hanging onto false narratives that were patently disproven yesterday by the KY AG. Ask yourself why? If the BLM movement is based in reality, why do its supporters continue to lie and obfuscate the truth when it becomes available? Because they have to. He gives it away later in his post - it’s a cynical political movement designed to attack the Bad Orange Man in the White House.
