Fox news "fair and balanced" yeah RIGHT

I'll add that the fact that he is so popular is testament to the lack of the most fundamental reasoning skills being taught in our schools. Sad, really.

no, what's a sad testament to the public school system is the fact that Obama was elected and that 46% of Americans think socialism is a good thing.

If you're referring to UF School of Law, I agree wholeheartedly.

America is changing. The days of the Far Right having rule over this country is over. The word Socialism isnt the Boogyman it used to be. Most Americans know that this country runs on a mixture of Socialism and Capitalism.

The entire culture of America is starting to shift, and if Conservatives don't want their ideology to become a relic of the past they better start reaching out to the Hispanic and African American communities more. In another thirty or so years they will no longer be minority's in America.

Nothing lasts forever, not even good old fashioned Conservatism.

So I guess our dominance as a world leader is over too?

Who was the last president that governed from the far right?

people who are educated on what socialism actually is, and the implications it brings certainly are worried and opposed. Sadly I believe you are right about many Americans not believing it is a bad thing anymore, they seem to be ignorant of the abuses it brings in every instance it has ever been implemented.

I see a few states that are positioning themselves to oppose this shift in ideology, if socialist policy is implemented on a larger scale I could see many more following suit.

that's just pathetic. capitalism and adherence to the Constitution is now considered "far right" ideology.

the government has it's place in our lives, it's role is spelled out in the Constitution. Socialism, as opposed to social programs, is evil. It subverts the primacy of the individual and forces him or her to submit to the collective will.

I, for one, refuse to submit to the collective.

It is ludicrous to try and pretend that our country "runs on" Socialism an any way. Any socialist tendencies this nation has are purely a drag on our capitalist system and do nothing to advance our nation's ideals. Government as a solution is detrimental to our system, as our founding fathers knew from day one. Freedom from government was the driving principle behind our founding and constitution. Anything contrary to that simply weakens the outcome.

The second paragraph is simply the retarded notion that our megaliberals have about all conservatives being racist. This simple view actually lumps you into the race baiting game. Congrats, you've landed exactly where you've accused others of being.

Your final statement is actually just fantasy.

something I've believed for a while about the inability of the far left to get a toehold in the talk radio arena.

since the shame angle is gone, now it needs to absolutely suck as a lifestyle so that there is some deterrent.
