If something as trivial as a photo op for a plane is considered so secret that two of the most important leaders in America can not know about it we have more serious problems here in this country than I ever thought.
Air Force One being a couple thousand feet off the deck isn't "trivial" and you know it. Or at least I hope you do.
Now, seems like discretion called for opting either to delay the photo shoot or doing it somewhere else, if the tradeoff for security was going to be scaring the crap out of a couple million people who are still on their last nerve. But let's not pretend that the government would ever announce that Air Force One would be the equivalent of a sitting duck for anyone wanting to take a pot shot at it.

My point is it was considered so secret not even our highest ranking government officials knew about it. You would think that a call would and could be made to them and say the mayor of NY and so on. It isn't as if this plane was in enemy territory or outside the country, it was downtown NY. I certainly hope there are not terrorists with RPG's on the rooftops there.
I just figured that with the whole swine flu thing and the economy still very much an issue, if the President was going to address the nation, the networks would carry it. Not a big deal, in the end, I suppose.
Kickball pretty much takes precedent over any activity. Can you call you pitch in the league? I always preferred slow and bouncy...
