55,000 out of 68,000 capacity. LP Field is just over 2 miles from Vandy's campus. This is Vandy's 6th bowl game ever and they still can't sell out a stadium 2 miles down the road. Good Lord.

NC State is gift wrapping this game. Already 3 turnovers in the 1st half. They're lucky they're only down 14-7 (fixing to be 21-7 after allowing a long kickoff return and personal foul).

You do realize Vandy's enrollment is like 6k? There's just not that many Vandy fans/alums out there. I wouldn't expect MTSU to sell out LP field and its 5x larger than Vandy.

I'm objective and it's better than what they've been, but again, it helps to have one of the easiest schedules in the SEC and playing UT and Auburn who arguably had two of their worst teams ever. When you're 2-10, there is nowhere to go but up.

And thank goodness for 12 game seasons because they wouldn't have made a bowl game last year if not for that extra non-conference game.
