I hope they hire Chad Morris or some other really good coach and keep getting better. I want as strong an SEC as possible. I have no need or desire for doormat wins.

And really, just what checks has Jones written that he can't cash? Sure, every coach has their clichés and other things they say at every stop. Coach speak if you will. However, when has Jones ever took to twitter like Frank did and posted, "No 1 can offer combination of attributes we can,no 1,best of both worlds,if u want 2 settle in life this probably isn't place 4 u anyway!" . For the last 3 years he has spewed that he was "buying" and not "renting" at Vandy. Well, looks like he bought low and sold high and got out while the getting was good.

Have you been living under a rock? Even Vandy's COACHES have been spewing venom about UT, it's not just delusional fans. We're not wishing death on anyone, just a return to the normal order of things - Vandy sucking

Funniest to me is Travis still trolling on Twitter. He's tweeting how Franklin "still owns the Vols in PA".

Ironic since Travis is one of the biggest reasons for all the chatter, since from day 1 he's never shut up about how great Franklin is. I really hope Travis got a commission fee from Franklin getting that huge contract from PSU.

Excellent post! Some people on here are like little baby bullies that want to pick a fight or they're trolls or perhaps both. I get tired of having to scroll through their dribble too. I think Franklin leaving is great for UT. Candy had 3 "good" years (for them, GREAT years) so now they'll fall back to irrelevant & unimportant status, which is where they belong.

Why does he hate UT so much? I don't follow him or listen to him on the radio. Jw why he is bashing UT so hard?just sour grapes about Franklin leaving? Or fishing for a reaction?

Pretty much this; he's a Jim Rome wannabe.

But he also really likes to hitch his wagon to something and run with it. He got ticked at Dooley when Dooley embarrassed him at SEC Media Days and Travis hated him ever since. He was calling for Dooley's firing about 6 games into 2010. I don't think he has anything against Jones, well not yet at least.

And Franklin, same thing, he attached himself to him really early. Although if Franklin bombs at PSU, you'll likely never hear Travis talk about him anymore.

There's a freakin' thread with the exact same title that's been very active for about 3 days....if you're internet savvy enough to get here and have enough time to start a thread, then you have enough time to take 5 seconds to see if another thread exists.

Plus, as has been pointed out about a thousand times now, it's in the forum guidelines to not create a duplicate thread.
