Freak's night before the game admittedly off topic thread

I've seen a few smokers on wheels pulled that way.not many and only one a smoking,of course it looked like it could have held a good sized hog, hmmm i wonder if Freak is going to guy a half of cow or a whole hog ? it would look cool going down the road, painted white and orange with VolNation.com on the side :) and a sign, saying bring covered dishes lol

The guy in my neighborhood pulls a huge smoker with an incredible amount of smoke billowing out of it. I can't imagine it's legal. The cops all probably think it's too fantastic to pull him over though. Whatever he cooks smells amazing.

this is a relaxing thread before game time Freak :) I'm usaully way more tense before a early kick off, takes my mind off the kick off

a good old truck bed and a welder and somebody that knows how to use one and i bet we could come up with a great cooker and rent it out to local events

Drove in to middle TN tonight to rendezvous with my parents, and getting up at about 5 to finish the drive in to Knoxville.

It's been fun. I think we should do it every week.

I'm off to review my game day tailgating checklist. :)

That's a quick turnaround.

It is, I'm used to it with my work schedule though.

The early kickoffs do suck for those of us who have to drive in though. But it's always a little easier getting up in the morning when you're on the way to Neyland.

What's up loosers? Have another brew and put another pin in your Bobby Petrino voodoo doll.

BOOM! Gameday! My wife and I, and 5 other friends are about to hit the orange highway from the Bellvue area! Go Vols! See ya there!

I've looked at a couple of smokers, there is a Brinkman that is about the right size and looks like it would be easy to handle,of course that is a all day tailgate to get it to cook a hunk of meat

Brinkmann Smoke 'N Grill Charcoal Smoker and Grill-810-5302-S at The Home Depot

there are some videos on you tube you are suppose to check out first to get it running in top form though, but from the way it is shaped,it shouldn't be hard to handle and you would have people sniffing it for miles all day long lol I'm sure you get others to bring a covered dish along too

Check out the Orion cooker. Can cook ribs in a hour and a half, Boston butt in about 3 hrs. Great grill for tailgating.
